- RaithuEbazaar reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or issues identified by our fraud detection department.
- If your order is canceled by RaithuEbazaar, you will be notified and refunded in full.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

4. RaithuEbazaar Wallet
4.1 Adding Funds to Wallet:
- Customers can add funds to their RaithuEbazaar Wallet through various payment methods provided on the website.
- Funds added to the RaithuEbazaar Wallet can be used for future purchases on RaithuEbazaar.
4.2 Refunds to Wallet:
- If a refund is processed, the amount can be credited back to the RaithuEbazaar Wallet instead of the original payment method, at the customer's discretion.
- Funds in the RaithuEbazaar Wallet are non-transferable and can only be used for purchases on RaithuEbazaar.
4.3 Wallet Balance Expiry:
- Wallet balances do not expire and remain available for use unless otherwise stated by RaithuEbazaar.
